Tractor Show

We attended the Steam & Gas Show in a nearby town again this year. However, Grandpa Leighty and cousin Hannah joined us. Ian loved all of the tractors so we had to limit him to sitting on 5 of them. We watched the tractor pull for awhile and Ian liked how they got stuck in the mud, but didn't like the loud noises. Thanks Gary for the free tickets!

Camp "Out"

Aunt Lauren was having a camp out with a few friends so Ian saw the tent set up outside. He asked if he could go camping. We figured Lauren wouldn't want him sleeping in the tent with her so Daddy and Ian set up camp in the basement last night. They had a good time together.

Fire Trucks

We attended the open house at our local fire station since Ian enjoys trucks and points them out whenever we are driving.

Happy Birthday!

Matthew celebrated 33 years on August 3rd. That's a lot of 3s! Only two birthday parties though but with yummy ice cream pies and a raspberry chocolate trifle.

Twins' Dedication

On Sunday, August 1st, our nieces Thalia & Ruthie were dedicated to the Lord. Here are the Leighty/Borchelt cousins all together for a brief moment. The twins are on the move now and don't sit still for long.
